Job summary

Aon is seeking a Health Solutions Actuarial Consultant to join the health analytics team in the United States. You will lead actuarial engagements, design and evaluate benefit strategies, and advise clients on pricing, budgeting, and plan design.

The role requires ASA designation and 4+ years in health care, with project and people management experience. You will mentor teammates, manage large accounts, and collaborate across client teams to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• ASA designation.
• 4+ years of health care industry experience (carrier or consulting).
• Project management experience.
• People management/mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform strategy and actuarial consulting including benefits, goal setting, benchmarking, plan design and budgeting.
• Provide client leadership and build relationships; role on jumbo accounts and large projects.
• Explain actuarial methods and results to clients and discuss alternatives.
• Lead actuarial teams, coaching and ensuring timely sign-off on results.
• Contribute to practice improvement through model development and initiatives.
