Job summary

Aon is seeking an experienced health care actuarial consultant in the United States to lead strategy, design and pricing initiatives for client engagements. The role combines technical actuarial work with client leadership and project management to deliver high-impact solutions.

You will mentor teammates, coordinate with jumbo client teams, and contribute to national model development while advancing Aon's mission to shape better decisions and protect lives.

Qualifications

• ASA or FSA designation is required.
• 6+ years health care industry experience (carrier or consulting).
• Project management experience is expected.
• People management or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial client teams and deliver jumbo client projects.
• Provide technical coaching and sign-off on results.
• Coordinate with broader actuarial team on client work and initiatives.
• Contribute to practice improvements and national model development.
