Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an experienced Engineering Program Manager (Wireless) to lead HW NPI programs across cross-functional teams including HW, SW, Test, PLM, and Manufacturing. You will drive end-to-end delivery from concept to first revenue shipment and sustainment for Wireless Access Points.

The role requires 10–12 years in IT product environments, strong program-management experience, and PMP/SCM skills are preferred. This is a non-remote, on-site opportunity in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10–12 years of experience in IT product-based company preferably in a Telecom/ Networking domain.
• 7+ years of Program management experience, preferably with 5+ years leading HW programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross functional teams across programs to deliver wireless Access Point products.
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Establish and manage cross-functional teams across PLM, HW, SW, Systest, Mfg Operations, Technical publications, customer service to drive deliverables across all the phases in NPI PLC.
• Identify cross-functional interdependencies and risks, and successfully plan and manage those interdependencies and risks.
• Adept at leading various levels of team members, managers, and executives to deliver NPI programs.
