Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader Enhancement in Michigan. You will oversee a crew of 2+ team members, lead on soil, planting, watering, and insect control, and ensure client standards while driving efficiencies.

Required: 2+ years in landscape install, 1+ year supervising a small crew, and a valid CDL with a clean record. CDL preferred; ability to operate landscaping equipment and read drawings is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscape install experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing a 2+ person crew.
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment.
• Commercial Driver's license (CDL) with a good record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and provide leadership for soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
• Ensure client standards are met while maintaining operational efficiencies.
• Drive and maintain vehicles, train crew members with emphasis on safety, manage schedules, and review charts and reports.
