Job summary

BrightView in Milwaukee is seeking an Enhancement Crew Leader to supervise a hardscape crew, enforce safety, and ensure quality on landscape projects. You will lead site activities, guide soil and plant care, and coordinate with crews to meet client expectations.

The role requires at least 1 year of hardscape crew leadership and a valid driver’s license with a clean record; CDL is a plus. Expect physical work, weather exposure, and opportunities for growth at BrightView.

Qualifications

• 2 years plus landscape install experience.
• 1 year (minimum) experience managing 2+ person crew.
• At least one year of experience in lawn care and landscaping; supervisory experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficiency and meet client standards on sites.
• Provide hands-on leadership, inspect sites, and guide soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles, train crew, manage schedules, and review charts/reports.
