Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an Enhancement Crew Leader to join our hardscapes team. You will lead on-site activities, ensure safety protocols, and oversee crew scheduling while coordinating with supervisors to meet project standards.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of hardscapes leadership experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a federal medical exam with drug testing. CDL and related landscaping expertise are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Hardscapes Crew Leader experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Chauffeur’s Endorsement required.
• DDOT Medical card preferred or candidate must pass a medical exam including a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Efficiency and client standards are attained.
• Conduct site inspections and provide hands‑on leadership for soil, planting, watering and insect control.
• Drive and maintain vehicles, train personnel with a strong emphasis on safety, and handle schedules, and review charts and reports.
