Job summary

Dasmen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Greensboro, NC. The role involves supervising and coordinating the maintenance staff, performing hands-on work, and ensuring market-ready apartments and common areas are well maintained.

You will lead a team, assign tasks, monitor safety practices, and respond to resident requests. A background in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and related trades is required, with EPA/CFC certification and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment.
• EPA or CFC certified.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record with auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff as a team leader.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain market-ready apartments and community areas.
• Respond to resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Perform on-call emergency service as required.
• Maintain records of maintenance in logs and schedules.
• Monitor mechanical equipment maintenance (water heaters, HVAC, etc.).
