Job Summary

The Lead Hand will support daily restaurant operations by providing leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, safety, and efficient service. The role assists with staffing, cash handling, inventory, and shift operations while promoting teamwork and maintaining company standards.

The hourly wage for this role is $19.80. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Key Responsibilities
