Eurest is seeking a dedicated food service team member to support daily operations, preparing food and beverages to guest specifications, and providing outstanding guest service. The role emphasizes sanitation and accuracy in record-keeping, with responsibilities including inventory checks and daily safety protocols.

You will use the Dynamify system for sales recording, perform weekly safety and cleanliness tasks, and participate in Tim Hortons training as part of our compliance program.

Qualificações

• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be able to work in the country legally for a year minimum.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Carefully prepare food and beverages according to customer specifications.
• Serve guests using principles of outstanding customer service.
• Sanitize all high touchpoint surfaces every two hours, or when soiled visibly.
• Refill the coffee machine hopper with coffee beans.
• Check, clean and refill the condiment station as required.
• Maintain records of discarded or diverted items and move to storage.
• Keep items stocked based on sales volume.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints politely and promptly.
• Use the Dynamify system to record sales and transactions, including payment.
• Perform weekly fridge/freezer temperature checks and HSQA logs as assigned.
• Follow health, safety and QA policies at all times.
• Open/close the checklist and run necessary reports.
• Clean the area to required standards.
• Attend weekly safety talks and complete Tim Hortons training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

• Carefully prepare food and beverages according to customer specifications.
• Serve guests using principles of outstanding customer service.
• Sanitizes all high touchpoint surfaces every two hours, or when soiled visibly.
• Refill the coffee machine hopper with coffee beans.
• Checks, cleans and refills the condiment station as required.
• Maintains accurate records of discarded or diverted items, including removal of the items to the designated storage area.
• Keeps items stocked based on sales volume.
• Acts with purpose and intention – uses effective time management skills.
• Interact with customers and resolve customer complaints politely and promptly.
• Use the Dynamify system to record sales and transactions, including recording payment.
• Checks all items within the assign area for expiration weekly and removed items that are past their best before date; follows FIFO and FEFO procedures at all times.
• Completes fridge/freezer temperature checks and other HSQA logs as assigned by supervisor.
• Must interact with co-workers in order to ensure compliance with company service standards, and company inventory and cash control procedures.
• Must follow all health and safety and quality assurance company policies at all times.
• Responsible for opening and/or closing the checklist, as well as necessary reports
• Must be able to clean the area with precision up to required standards.
• Must be fluent in English.
