Alpha is seeking a Lead Guide to coach Guides, develop leaders, and create an environment where students consistently exceed expectations. You will build a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement while shaping a model that centers on student growth and high performance.

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role requiring relocation to select campuses with relocation support; a strong track record in education and coaching is essential, along with data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or Business; Master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years in education, coaching, or leadership roles.
• Experience leading teams and driving performance via data.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops to develop communication and leadership in students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence.
