Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Lead Coach to develop Guides who deliver Alpha's coaching model and coaches who help students grow beyond the classroom. You’ll lead life-skills workshops and use performance data to drive improvements across campuses.

You’ll manage your own student cohort, model high standards, and uphold uncompromising coaching excellence across Dallas, Oklahoma City, Austin, and Fort Worth. Relocation support and day-one health benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, youth leadership.
• Experience leading an ongoing team of five or more adults with performance-based decisions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to work on campus in Dallas, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; Austin, TX; or Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities

• Build a coaching culture where Guides develop students who love school and master academics.
• Lead life skills workshops covering communication, focus, leadership, and resilience for K-8.
• Use performance data to identify coaching opportunities and drive improvements weekly.
• Lead motivation sessions to help students own ambitious goals.
