Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Lead Coach to build and lead high-performing Guides across select campuses. You will coach teams, design life skills workshops, and motivate students toward ambitious self-directed goals within Alpha’s innovative K-12 model.

You will rely on data-driven coaching to elevate performance, ensure uncompromising standards, and help launch new campuses. This full-time role requires on-site presence at multiple locations and a passion for challenging conventional education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field (required).
• Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or leadership.
• Experience leading five+ person teams and hiring decisions.
• Data-driven approach to performance improvements.
• Experience with children ages 5-14 in educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences and maintain high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops developing communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
