Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Lead Guide to build and coach high‑performing Guides, shaping a K-12 model that emphasizes mentorship, accountability, and life skills.

You will lead on-site teams across campuses in the US, launch new locations, and use data and coaching conversations to raise student experiences and outcomes.

This full-time role offers competitive six-figure pay and benefits, with relocation support for campus openings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years in education, coaching, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people.
• Experience using data to drive performance improvements.
• Willingness to work on-site at Alpha campuses.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Lead engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence and continuous improvement.
