Job summary

Alpha seeks a Lead Guide in Raleigh, NC to coach Guides, lead life skills workshops, and drive an exceptional student experience. You will raise performance standards, use data to guide decisions, and help launch new campuses while ensuring a culture of excellence and accountability.

The role requires at least 5 years in education or leadership, willingness to relocate to a campus, and a real passion for transforming K-12 learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in education, coaching, or leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more.
• Experience using data to drive performance.
• Experience working with ages 5-14.
• Willingness to open a new campus.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops developing communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence and accountability.
