Giants Ridge in Biwabik, MN, is seeking a Lead Guest Services Agent to guide a team handling lift tickets, rentals, season passes, and lesson reservations. You will support daily operations, answer guest inquiries, and ensure a smooth guest experience during peak periods.

The role emphasizes leadership, cash handling, and exceptional customer service, with a typical winter schedule of ~40 hours per week and opportunities to grow within Guest Services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in product sales, hospitality, retail, or recreation.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Strong cash handling and sales skills.
• Proficient with POS and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and guidance to Guest Services Agents.
• Assist with lift tickets, rentals, season passes, lessons, and guest inquiries.
• Lead the Guest Services team in the absence of the Manager.
• Handle high volumes of guest interactions with professionalism.
• Perform sales transactions and assist with cash handling.
• Maintain knowledge of services, promotions, and events.
• Operate reservation and POS systems.
• Ensure clean, organized work areas.
