Giants Ridge is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead our Guest Services team across year-round golf and winter recreation operations. You will develop staff, uphold service standards, and drive guest satisfaction while collaborating with department leaders to meet financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership or management experience in hospitality, recreation, golf, or resort operations.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead, supervise, train, and develop Guest Services employees.
• Establish performance expectations and coach staff.
• Maintain service standards and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Oversee daily Guest Services operations across all seasons.
• Assist with budgeting, labor management, and financial accountability.
• Prepare reports and monitor performance metrics.
