Job summary

Giants Ridge, operated by Guest Services, is seeking a Lead Guest Services Agent to guide the Guest Services team and support daily operations at our resort in Biwabik, MN. You will oversee ticketing, rentals, season passes and lesson reservations while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong customer service, and proficient use of POS and reservation systems; weekend and holiday coverage is required during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Passionate about guest service and hospitality.
• Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork.
• Experience with cash handling and processing transactions.
• At least two years of customer service, hospitality, retail, recreation, or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and guidance to Guest Services Agents.
• Assist with lift tickets, rentals, lessons, and season passes sales.
• Assist with cash handling, reconciliation, and sales reporting.
• Represent the company professionally to guests and colleagues.
