Giants Ridge seeks a Guest Services Manager to lead our Guest Services team across winter recreation and summer golf operations. You will develop staff, create memorable guest experiences, and drive a high standard of service year-round.

This salaried role offers $52,000–$56,000 commensurate with experience, with a focus on hospitality excellence, teamwork, and operational reporting in a dynamic, seasonal resort setting in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, recreation, retail, tourism, or related customer-focused industry.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
• Experience with POS, reservations, scheduling, and reporting preferred.
