Job summary

Giants Ridge, managed by Guest Services, is seeking a Guest Services Agent in Biwabik, MN. This part-time role serves as the first contact for guests, assisting with tickets, season passes, and resort products while delivering friendly, accurate information.

You’ll operate the POS system, handle cash, and provide high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Open to 20–40 hours per week with some evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and operate point-of-sale software.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented and approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provides information about tickets, passes, products, services and resort offerings.
• Operates POS to process sales, refunds, and adjustments; handles cash and other methods.
• Balances sales and completes end-of-shift documentation.
• Maintains a clean, welcoming sales area and supports group check-ins as needed.
