Giants Ridge, operated by Guest Services, Inc., seeks a Guest Services Manager to lead daily guest services across winter recreation and summer golf operations. You will train, motivate, and develop a team while ensuring exceptional guest experiences year-round.

The role involves budgeting, scheduling, and operational reporting, with a seasonal, fast-paced environment and weekend/holiday requirements. Salary ranges from $52,000 to $56,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience in hospitality, recreation, golf, or resort operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

Responsabilités

• Leads, supervises, trains, schedules, and develops Guest Services employees.
• Establishes performance expectations and provides coaching to ensure policy compliance.
• Maintains service standards and resolves guest concerns professionally.
• Directs daily Guest Services operations across golf and winter recreation seasons.
• Coordinates staffing, workflows, and seasonal transitions to meet business needs.
• Assists with budgeting, labor management, and financial accountability.
• Maintains records and reports, monitors metrics, and identifies improvements.
