You will greet guests, provide information on activities and equipment, and help guests sign up for programs while maintaining a friendly, safe environment.

The role involves processing payments for rentals and activities, promoting guest satisfaction, and collaborating with team members to meet service standards.

Qualifications

• Availability to work various shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

• Promotes a fun and relaxing atmosphere for Owner/guests in all recreational activities and areas.
• Expresses an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude and provides information about facilities, activities, and equipment.
• Encourages and recruits Owner/guests to participate in recreation activities.
• Registers and schedules Owners/guests for activities and records information accurately.
• Processes payments for rentals, activities, facility rentals, or retail sales.
• Welcomes and greets guests, addresses their needs, and interacts professionally with colleagues and guests.
• Contributes to team goals and follows company policies and safety procedures.
