European Wax Center in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate (Front Desk/Sales) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. The role is in-person at 5750 Northwest Highway Unit B, Crystal Lake, IL 60014 with an hourly salary of $15.50–$17.00 and sales bonuses.

Availability for evenings and weekends is required. You will lead guest service operations, greet guests, train staff, promote services, and ensure a high-energy welcoming atmosphere that

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
