Job summary

European Wax Center in Algonquin, IL is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (Front Desk/ Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue in a vibrant, sales-driven environment.

You will train new Guest Service Associates, greet guests with energy, promote services and products, manage front-desk operations, and help your team reach sales targets. This in-person role requires strong leadership, communication, and a passion for customer care.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales in a retail setting.
• Experience in guest service leadership is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Retail or beauty industry experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-d desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.

Salary Range: $15.50 - $17.00 HourlyFull-Time & Part-Time

Hourly + Sales Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.


• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.


• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.


• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.


• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.


• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
