European Wax Center in Algonquin, IL is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service and drive center revenue. This in-person role combines front-desk duties with sales responsibilities, including promoting services, products, and promotions while training peers.

The position emphasizes strong sales, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with availability for evenings and weekends in a beauty-focused retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.

• Manage front-desk operations, including check ins/outs, scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional center appearance.
• Be a model for peers and lead others toward potential.

Salary Range: $15.50 - $17.00 HourlyFull-Time & Part-Time

Hourly + Sales Bonuses

European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.


• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.


• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.


• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.


• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.


• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.


• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
