European Wax Center in Glenview, IL is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. You will greet guests, train and mentor fellow staff, promote services and products, sell wax passes, and help rebook guests to meet sales goals.

The role requires strong leadership, outstanding communication, and a friendly, high-energy presence, with evening and weekend availability in a busy retail setting.

Salary Range: $15.50 - $17.00 Hourly Full-Time & Part-Time

European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
