Job summary

European Wax Center in Miami, FL is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding guest service while driving center revenue. This in-person role combines front-desk duties with sales responsibilities and bonus opportunities.

You will train teammates, greet guests, promote services and products, schedule appointments, handle cash, and maintain a clean, high-energy center. Availability evenings and weekends is required; prior retail or beauty experience is a plus.
