European Wax Center is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. The role is in-person at our Miramar location with hourly pay and sales bonuses.

The position supports front-desk operations, guest relations, and sales goals, with opportunities for training and advancement. We value strong sales and guest service skills, leadership and communication abilities, and a passion for meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.

European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.


• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.


• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.


• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.


• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.


• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
