European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
• Promote additional services, new products/promo, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line
• Manage front desk operations, including check ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling and inventory control
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance
