European Wax Center in Miami is hiring a Guest Service Associate (Front Desk/Sales) to deliver outstanding guest service while driving center revenue. This in-person role requires strong sales and communication skills and a welcoming, high-energy presence.

You will greet guests, promote services and products, manage front desk tasks, and help maintain a spotless, professional center. Evening and weekend availability is required; competitive hourly pay with bonuses and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
• Promote additional services, new products/promotion, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line
• Manage front desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance
