Job summary

European Wax Center in Lacey, WA is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding guest service and drive center revenue. This in-person role supports training, greets guests, promotes services, and educates customers on our product line.

The candidate will manage front-desk operations, handle scheduling, cash, and inventory, and maintain a high-energy center. Evening and weekend availability is required, with daily pay and comprehensive benefits for eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and guest service skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including check ins/outs, scheduling, calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
