Job summary

European Wax Center in Issaquah, WA is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate (Front Desk/Sales) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue.

You will greet guests, promote services and products, train staff, manage front-desk operations, and help rebook clients to meet sales goals. This role requires strong sales and guest service skills, leadership, and availability for evenings and weekends; in-person, hourly pay with bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and guest service skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
