European Wax Center in Hillside, IL is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service and drive center revenue. This in-person, sales-focused role requires dynamic engagement with guests, training support, and promoting services and products.

The position emphasizes evenings and weekends availability, with opportunities for bonuses and career growth within a beauty retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
