AI Native Growth Platform for SMBs is seeking a Founding Senior Product Manager in the US market to own the full PLG motion from acquisition to upgrade. You’ll work directly with founders and an overseas product team, sitting at the intersection of product and marketing.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in growth-focused product roles for SMB software, fluency with small business owners, and a track record shipping conversational or generative AI products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product, with growth/PLG/onboarding/life cycle in SMB software.
• Fluency with SMB owners; experience building for small businesses.
• Shipped a conversational or generative AI product and evaluated model outputs.
• Proficient with prompts, evals, and handling model errors.
• Experience creating 0-to-1 product motions and data-driven experiments.
• Able to write clearly and influence product through concise copy.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid weekly shipping.
• US East Coast-based with overlap with overseas team.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end PLG motion from acquisition to upgrade.
• Define the first-week onboarding experience and AI behavior that builds trust.
• Design loops with lifecycle messaging, nudges, and in-product value moments.
• Lead US positioning, language, storytelling, and onboarding copy.
• Maintain a fast learning cadence with weekly owner conversations and experiments.
