TitleMax Athens, TN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support customers through real financial needs while gaining hands-on experience running a store. You’ll develop your leadership skills by driving account management, customer outreach, and risk management.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in customer service, sales, or retail preferred.
• At least 3 months of supervisory/leadership experience desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with phones, POS systems, and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and grow the business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with strong customer service focus.
• Maintain POS system data accurately and securely.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Perform on-site duties, including store visits and events.
