Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Ground-up project delivery experience in hospitality, mixed-use, retail or industrial sectors.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and contracts.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and profitability.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities, bidding, and subcontractor buyout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare and administer owner contracts, subcontracts, POs, and change orders.
• Review invoices, payments, and owner billing.
• Lead meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Mentor Assistant PMs and Project Engineers.
• Closeout activities: punch lists, inspections, turnover docs.
