Job summary

RIMEPRO Inc. seeks an experienced Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial construction projects in Nashville.

You will manage daily field operations, coordinate multi-trade teams, and ensure safety, quality, and project delivery from site mobilization to closeout. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ground-up commercial construction, with experience managing complex hospitality, mixed-use, retail, or industrial builds and coordinating teams to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction field experience.
• Experience leading ground-up projects (hospitality, mixed-use, retail, industrial).
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations for ground-up commercial projects.
• Oversee subcontractors, field personnel, equipment, materials, and deliveries.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate sitework, foundations, structural systems, envelopes, interiors, and MEP.
• Review drawings and project documentation; resolve issues with PMs/engineers.
