Job summary

RIMEPRO INC. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction to completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor buyouts while coordinating closely with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and internal teams.

The role requires strong cost control, risk management, and leadership of Project Engineers and Assistant PMs to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering commercial general contractor projects.
• Experience managing large, complex projects.
• Proficiency in cost control and scheduling.
• Strong client and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, scope review, contract administration.
• Maintain project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and overall financial performance.
• Partner with field leadership to manage schedules and resolve challenges.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, and long-lead items.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates on cost, schedule, and progress.
• Identify project risks early and drive solutions.
• Support and mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
