Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily and mixed-use construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.

You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and client relationships while ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence. The role requires expertise in podium, wood-frame, concrete, and mixed-use developments with a strong focus on stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong experience with ground-up multifamily projects.
• Experience with podium, wood-frame, concrete or mixed-use construction.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors and contracts.
• Knowledge of MEP coordination and construction sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, cost controls, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with superintendents, project engineers, subcontractors, architects and owners.
• Lead bidding, procurement, contract negotiations, and buyout.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance.
• Mentor junior PMs and engineers.
