Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong background in ground-up multifamily construction.
• Experience with podium, wood-frame, concrete, or mixed-use construction.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Read and interpret A/E drawings (architectural, structural, MEP).

Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, cost controls, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and owners.
• Manage subcontractor bidding, procurement, and buyout.
