This role manages budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and client relationships from preconstruction through final completion. Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience including project management.
• Experience in healthcare, banking, or light industrial sectors preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with strong cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and financials.
• Lead multiple projects, ensuring milestones and client expectations are met.
• Develop master and short-interval schedules and progress reports.
• Coordinate bidding, negotiations, procurement, and subcontract administration.
• Prepare contracts, change orders, and related docs; monitor costs and forecasts.
• Review drawings, specs, and documents for compliance and constructability.
• Lead meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
