Job summary

Our client, a well-established commercial general contractor, seeks a Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects in the Charlotte metro area, with occasional travel to Raleigh and other Carolinas markets. The role emphasizes budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and safety, with opportunities for leadership and growth.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction project management experience.
• Ground-up commercial construction experience.
• Willingness to travel across NC.
• Experience with financial reporting and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, design teams, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage financial reporting, cost controls, and project profitability.
• Lead communication and problem-solving efforts across project teams.
• Support projects primarily throughout the Charlotte metro area, with periodic travel to Raleigh and other Carolinas markets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and operations teams to support growing project demand
