Job summary

Invited Clubs’ Gleneagles Country Club in Plano, TX is seeking a 1st Assistant Golf Professional to oversee daily golf department operations, supervise staff, and manage pro-shop merchandising to suit member preferences.

You will lead outside services, coordinate events and tournaments, deliver lessons and clinics, and uphold Invited and PGA standards while driving member satisfaction and club performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• PGA Certification Level 2 preferred.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Solid knowledge of golf fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead golf and pro-shop attendants, outside services staff, and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Conduct performance evaluations for golf, pro-shop, and outside services staff and provide feedback to management.
• Address personnel matters in coordination with HR and management.
• Develop and oversee work schedules for golf operations, pro-shop, outside services, and related repairs.
• Oversee all golf operations including pro-shop, outside services, and practice facilities, ensuring efficient service.
