Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf operations at the club. You will assist Pro Shop activities, coordinate golf-related services, and promote the game while upholding club standards. A proactive approach to staff training and customer service is essential.

The role emphasizes coordination of tournaments, handicap operations, inventory planning, and clinics, with focus on maintaining high member satisfaction and professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• PGA certification preferred (minimum associate level).
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Commitment to ethical work standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members through golf events and promote programs.
• Keep outside areas clean and organized (ranges, staging zones, cart storage).
• Coordinate and manage tournaments and golf-related events.
• Assist in handicap program and pro-shop operations.
• Guide staff on customer service, tee time management, and guest fee processing.
• Maintain consistent operational procedures for staging areas and driving range.
• Promote clinics and private lessons for adults, juniors and seniors.
• Assist with budgeting, inventory planning, and display/promotions.
