Job summary

Invited is seeking a 1st Assistant Golf Professional to manage the Walnut Creek Country Club golf department in Mansfield, TX. The role oversees daily operations, supervision of staff, pro-shop merchandising, and outside services to ensure exceptional member experiences.

The candidate will lead with strong customer service, golf knowledge, and adherence to Invited standards and PGA guidelines, including scheduling, events, and program development.

Qualifications

• PGA certification is preferred (minimum level 2).
• Strong customer service experience with knowledge of golf fundamentals.
• Ability to handle confidential company information with discretion and professionalism.
• Commitment to upholding ethical work standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead golf and pro-shop attendants and outside services staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to management.
• Oversee pro-shop merchandising and daily operations including outside services.
• Develop work schedules and recruit/hire qualified staff to uphold service standards.
• Plan and execute club tournaments and events, manage handicap program for compliance.
• Foster strong member relationships and promote golf programs to enhance member satisfaction.
