Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in golf operations and customer service, plus PGA/LPGA certification and a college-educated approach to leadership and program development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in golf operations and customer service.
• PGA or LPGA Certification is mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, friendly pro-shop service and create a welcoming guest experience.
• Provide high-quality golf instruction per Invited and PGA/LPGA standards.
• Develop clinics, private lessons, and programs for adults, juniors, and seniors.
• Promote the game and maintain professionalism while engaging members.
• Lead staff meetings, training, and performance evaluations for golf operations staff.
• Plan and execute tournaments and events with coordination across Food & Beverage.
• Oversee revenue strategies, budgeting, and adherence to policies.
