Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a 1st Assistant Golf Professional to oversee daily golf department operations, lead staff, and manage pro-shop activities. You will ensure exceptional member and guest experiences, merchandising, and adherence to club standards.

Responsibilities include staff training, evaluating performance, scheduling, and planning tournaments while maintaining Invited’s commitment to service excellence and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• PGA certification level 2 or higher preferred.
• Strong customer service experience with golf knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead golf and pro-shop attendants and outside services staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
• Develop schedules and recruit qualified personnel.
• Oversee pro-shop operations, outside services and golf facilities.
• Plan club tournaments and events and manage handicap program.
