Job summary

Invited Clubs in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf operations and enhance the member and guest experience. You will assist in Pro Shop activities, promote golf programs, and help ensure service excellence in a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes staff training, event coordination, and effective merchandising, while aligning with club standards and company policies to drive member satisfaction and club success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members through golf events and programs, and promote golf initiatives.
• Coordinate, promote and manage tournaments and golf-related events.
• Assist in handicap program, pro-shop operations and practice facilities to deliver seamless service.
• Guide staff on customer service excellence, tee time management, check-in procedures and guest fee processing.
• Maintain consistent operational procedures for staging areas, driving range setup and cart storage.
• Support golf clinics and private lessons for adults, juniors and seniors to enhance member satisfaction.

Education

PGA certification preferred (minimum associate level)
