Qualifications

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Prior retail sales or customer‑focused experience preferred.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs repeatedly (up to 25 times per hour).
Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).

Responsibilities

Build golfer relationships and work one-on-one with golfers and teammates to ensure a positive club fitting experience.
Oversee sales effort in the department and support the Operations Sales Manager to meet sales and profit goals.
Train and certify all club fitters and drive sales in services like simulator, putting green, and club repairs.
Maintain knowledge of products, services, promotions and related advertising.
Communicate company initiatives and provide guidance to department teammates.
