Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is hiring a Retail Master Club Fitter in Colorado to build strong golfer relationships and deliver expert club fittings. You will support sales goals, train fitters, and drive service-related revenue through fittings, repairs, and related golf programs.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork in a high-energy store environment. A strong background in retail and golf is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience preferred.
• 1-3 years golf industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds golfer relationships with one-on-one coaching to ensure a positive club fitting experience.
• Supports Operations Sales Manager in achieving sales performance and profit objectives.
• Trains and certifies all club fitters and drives sales in services areas such as simulator, putting green, Special Orders, Pre-Owned, repair programs and accessories.
• Analyzes golf sales reports to identify opportunities and communicates results to teammates.
• Maintains knowledge of products, services, promotions, and store standards.
• Manages store services sales including fittings and repairs.
• Trains teammates on services and selling techniques.
