Job summary

Club Champion LLC seeks a Master Fitter & Builder to deliver tour-level club fitting experiences one-on-one with customers in our San Carlos store. You will interpret data, manage client fittings, and uphold brand standards while supporting store operations.

The role emphasizes strong golf knowledge, sales experience, and the ability to build clubs to high tolerances. Training on Trackman and Sam Putt Lab is provided.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Experience with club fitting and launch monitors required.
• 1+ years in sales experience required.
• Experience selling custom golf clubs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide tour-level club fitting experiences one-on-one with customers.
• Read, interpret, and explain data points in the club fitting process.
• Grow and maintain fittings for studio and personal clients.
• Maintain brand standards and studio cleanliness.
• Operate Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office.
• Build golf clubs to tight tolerances and use relational selling methods.
